There's no such thing as quitting

Since Maza is no longer in the City and therefore Laih isn't maintaining the police cases anymore, this post will serve as the new police blotter post. You can still take a look at the previous version of this list, available here.  I'll be copy-pasta-ing it onto this post as well.
